Versace, the victorious! The Italian house won its case against Griffith Suisse Luxury Group, a company that has been selling counterfeit Versace products on eBay. Griffith is now not only banned from eBay indefinitely, but also barred from using Versace’s trademark. “We are very pleased with the ruling. Nike is nixing ties with Livestrong after nine years. The athletic brand is officially ending its licensing deal with the Lance Armstrong charity after the disgraced Tour de France victor admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs. The company will, however, continue to offer the cancer organization financial support. “We will continue to support the Livestrong Foundation by funding them directly as they continue their work serving and improving outcomes for people facing cancer,” Nike said in a statement. [WWD]
